It used to be said that the mayor of NYC was the only city boss who had a foreign policy, but Livingstone clearly thinks he has to have one too.
I've just read this. How dare he suggest that he speaks for the majority of Londoners (or even Britons for that matter) on an foreign affairs issue as contentious as this. Is there no limit to this madman's arrogance? I guess that expecting him to admit that he speaks for, what, about 30% of Londoners is probably too much to ask.....
