Conservative Alternatives To Ken

The details of the selection process are still a little hazy, but we have already had two hats thrown into the ring:

First off the mark was Warwick Lightfoot, former Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea.

Quick to follow, we have Cllr Mrs Victoria Borwick.

I know nothing about either of them, but I am sure they would both be better than Ken.

I have added links to their websites in the Blogroll

Nick Ferrari is also thinking about trying for conservative Mayor of London. He has been talking about it on his blog: http://lbc.co.uk/blog.asp?ID=9317, under 12th July.

Sorry but neither Borwick or Lightfoot is a credible alternative to Ken.

Lightfoot's site is pretty much devoid of any policies and Borwick's aspirations and policies are self-contradictory.

It's too long to post as a comment but here's the letter we sent to Boriwck seeking clarification on a number of points:

There may be no alternatives but no alternatives are better than continuing with a known terrorist sympathiser.
